Army ACHA D2 History

Team History

Army ACHA D2 celebrates their first program win over Navy’s ACHA D1 team in 2016.

Once known as the “Inline Hockey Club,” Army West Point Club Hockey turned to the ice in the fall of 2012 as many of the members were former ice hockey players prior to attending West Point. Despite battling drill authos and being banned from Company Athletics floor hockey, “Army Hobby Hockey” has grown tremendously and now competes in a full league slate as a member of the ACHA D2’s SECHL.
